We collaborate with game developers and gamedev organisations across multiple domains. Dr. Mochocki serves on the Programme Board and Academic Board of the Game Industry Conference. Our Faculty of History hosts networking events and conferences that bring together academics and creators. We actively connect students with industry professionals through playtesting sessions, game nights, and internship training programmes. Expert historians and archaeologists from the Faculty of History offer historical consultancy for games, supporting studios that want to build credible and engaging worlds inspired by the past..
Most importantly – we build academia-industry partnerships and collaborative grant-funded projects. C-HIGHER is designed as a grant-grinding machine, driving joint proposals with commercial game studios. We aim to support small and midsize developers in securing funding for games, especially at a time when traditional investment opportunities are scarce.
